This painting encompasses the beauty of the Bayou in Louisiana at sunset or sunrise. It all depends on your perception. The bright colors add depth and contrast to the shadows and dark silhouettes of the great moss-covered trees.

I am Julie, as an artist, I love to draw out the clear essence of the subject onto the pieces. Capture the animal, person or object and bring it to life.  I enjoy commissioned works, as it presents the challenge to create the client's vision or subject together with my conceptual creation.
